Statewide college and university broadcasting honors have been awarded to eight Central Methodist University students by the Missouri Broadcast Educators Association (MBEA). The award winning students are all staff members of KCMU Eagle Radio, CMU’s online radio station, and they took top honors in two categories: News Show, and Sports Show.

The eight CMU students awarded honors are Alyssa Campanero (senior from San Diego, Calif.), Hannah Clark (sophomore from Kansas City, Kan.), Chris Eubanks (sophomore from Fayette), Kristen Just (sophomore from Viero, Fla.), Edward Bernard (junior from Westwego, La.), Steven Jackson (senior from Chandler, Ariz.) and Brett Knese (junior from High Ridge, Mo.).
